Job title: Business Optimization Specialist Job location: Remote Reason for hiring: Current Vacancy Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this position is $80,000 -$105,000. The Opportunity Reporting to the Director, BTO, you are responsible for supporting the achievement of The Commonwell Mutual Insurance Group (CMIG) corporate goals, strategy, business plans and budgets. You are accountable for the effective and efficient integration of continuous improvement, business process optimization and workforce planning across Operations and the broader organization. In this role, you will support the organization by identifying and implementing efficiencies, advancing standard operating practices and applying industry best practices to deliver measurable results. Through strong collaboration and people enablement, you will support the organization in maximizing efficiency, performance and overall effectiveness while operating in alignment with company policies and procedures.
