The Opportunity Youll take full ownership of operations, growth, and culture across the platform. Working closely with our family office, Movement, youll help advise on acquisitions, integrate new centres, build highperforming teams, and ensure every location delivers programming and family experience that reflects the highest care and safety standards in the market. What Youll Do Set and uphold the quality standard across all locations safety, curriculum, child outcomes, and family experience Lead daytoday operations and strategic direction for a growing multisite organization Drive acquisition integration and new centre launches Build, mentor, and retain exceptional site leadership teams Deliver a bestinclass experience for families this is a customerservicedriven role at its core Manage regulatory compliance including CWELCC funding obligations, licensing, and municipal requirements Own the P&L and report to the board on operational and financial performance Develop scalable processes, policies, and infrastructure to support rapid, sustainable expansion What Were Looking For Multisite management experience in a regulated, customerfacing environment childcare, education, healthcare, hospitality, or similar; adept at running several highperformance locations simultaneously Deep understanding of Ontarios childcare landscape, including CWELCC, and Ministry of Education licensing requirements A true team builder who can recruit, develop, and inspire operators across multiple locations Resourceful and handson; comfortable operating without a playbook while building one Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, funding programs, and reporting Passionate about early childhood education and the impact quality care has on families and communities Someone who does not shy away from a challenge Nice to Have Experience in a PEbacked or investorbacked operating environment Background in Ontario or Quebec childcare operations ECE credential or equivalent understanding of curriculum frameworks What We Offer Competitive base salary with performancebased incentives Equity upside participation in the platform The backing and resources of an established family office you wont be building alone A rare groundfloor opportunity to shape a categorydefining childcare organization If you build great teams, hold yourself to the highest standards, and believe childcare in Canada deserves better wed love to hear from you.
