Job Overview Responsible for increasing bookings and achieving sales targets in the assigned geographic territory. Works closely with the customer base to identify markets and generate opportunities within the territory. Maintains regular communication and constructive relationships with senior leadership, peers, Customers as well as internal and external stakeholders. A strong understanding of the selling process, a technical acumen and outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential in this role. The successful candidate will consistently achieve booking and margin targets, expand aftermarket penetration within original equipment manufacturers of vacuum trucks (OEM) and end user accounts, and drive sustainable growth through disciplined opportunity management. Responsibilities - Work closely with Hibon Canada Sales Manager to develop and execute territory strategy. - Maintain healthy relationships with Product Management Team that results in active exchange of information on market trends, pricing, and competition. - Develop a strong understanding of the markets in the territory. - Develop business with identified and segmented Vacuum Truck OEMs and End-User accounts in the territory (all markets). - Develop Industrial aftermarkets opportunities. - Possess a strong understanding of the companys products and can clearly articulate the value proposition of Fraserwoods Aftermarket products (repairs, rebuild / exchange program, field service work, maintenance, parts and recurring revenue). - Drive sales activity to achieve bookings growth targets and margins. - Support the development and commercialization of new product and services launch initiatives. - Establish specific, measurable, time-based outcomes for targeted accounts. Provide ongoing input to the organization on the status of Opportunities via Salesforce and weekly communication. Requirements - Technical degree or equivalent work experience. - 5+ years relevant technical sales experience. - 5+ years outside sales experience. - 1+ years Microsoft Office Suite, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook). - 1+ years Salesforce. - 1+ years Oracle ERP tools. - 1+ years Windchill product lifecycle management tool, including parts and bills of materials. Core Competencies - Accountability for achieving monthly and annual booking target. - Strong intrinsic motivation and disciplined work style. - Disciplined, organized and able to work independently and as a part of a team. - High level of business acumen. - Effective negotiation and persuasion skills. - Demonstrated expertise in customer applications across a broad range of industries. - Fluency in the articulation of value proposition, in customer terms. - Demonstrates excellence in completion of all other duties and as assigned. Preferences - Strong expertise in positive displacement blowers, vacuum pumps or similar rotating equipment and appropriate applications preferred. Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements This role requires approximately 3060% travel.
