Technical Services Coordinator - Monday to Friday 8 h to 5h (Hybrid working model) Greater Sudbury, ON, Canada Role Overview The Technical Services Coordinator plays a central role in organizing the activities of technicians, whether in the field, workshop, or a combination of both. The coordinator plans inspection and maintenance assignments, prepares maintenance quotes, and ensures coordination of resources while maintaining quality customer relationships. Responsibilities Coordinator on the road - Assist the main coordinator. - Prepare quotes and follow up on recurring mandates. - Respond to email inquiries and make initial contacts. - Manage billing to clients and complete the required documentation for mandates. - Act as contact between customer service and technician on the road across Canada. - Plan routes and work schedules while managing unexpected events. - Assign routes to technicians to ensure continuous and efficient services. - Oversee inventory management and equipment transfers. - Take charge of projects and process optimization. Coordinator in the workshop - Provide return authorizations to external clients. - Prepare quotes for equipment transiting to our fixed workshops. - Request returns from certain service suppliers, create purchase orders, and follow up. - Manage email inquiries and other internal software systems. - Ensure daily follow-ups with external clients for approvals, follow-up dates, and delivery schedules. - Follow up with buyers and suppliers on orders for parts and/or services. - Keep internal software systems updated. - Ensure coherent and smooth workshop occupation with all technicians. Specific Measures of Success - Satisfaction level of external and internal clients. - Completion of mandates and maintenance assignments according to standards and deadlines. - Operational optimization and process standardization. Qualifications - DEC/AEC or equivalent. - Bilingualism (written and spoken). - 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Attention to detail and administrative diligence. - Adaptability and problemsolving ability. - Knowledge of internal management systems (CSD/ISM: Infor).
