Strategic People Partner - Manufacturing & Distribution The Strategic People Partner Manufacturing & Distribution plays an essential role in developing business area strategy, aligning workforce plans, leading organizational change, and managing talent development and team dynamics in your business area. Core Responsibilities - Responsible for end-to-end people experience in Manufacturing & Distribution, starting with close business leader partnership, broad view of the business goals and strategies, and deep personal knowledge of your groups strengths and opportunities. - Lead talent development programs across Manufacturing & Distribution: performance and development, succession planning, engagement surveys, job and role clarity and organizational structure. - Manage improvements on talent development programs for your business group, tracking results and soliciting feedback for continuous improvement. - Consult with the Head of Manufacturing & Distribution and other business leaders on talent and organizational issues and provide guidance and coaching and implement solutions to workforce planning, recruitment, and engagement challenges. - Advise and influence people-related activities, hiring, promotion and transfer decisions, working to mitigate bias in people processes. - Analyze and report on trends and metrics in partnership with People and Culture colleagues to support datadriven decisionmaking for your client group. - Partner on recruiting efforts for your business area: participate in intake meetings, support interviews, logistics and recruitment strategy as needed. - Partner with training on internal talent pipelines to prioritize development and promotion, collaborate with managers to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right times through succession planning and development plans. - Stay uptospeed on industry trends and leverage ongoing HR education to identify opportunities and risks and collaborate on plans to address them. - Provide policy interpretation, counseling, and training for employees and managers on programs, policies and procedures in collaboration with the HR compliance team and in alignment with local legal standards. - Manage and mediate conflicts, inquiries and investigations in collaboration with the employee relations team. Qualifications Required: - 5 years' experience in strategic human resources - Proven experience in organizational development, workforce planning, performance management, training and talent and change management - Ability to analyze people problems, collaborate on solutions and implement plans - Ability to build relationships, trust, and manage complex team dynamics through mediation, facilitation, coaching and performance plans - Excellent listening and communication skills - Excellent analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent organization and time management skills - Proficient in Google suite and adaptable to other systems as required - Ability to travel up to 50% both in market and within North America for meetings as needed Preferred: - HR certification or degree a plus - DEIB or social justice training - Fluency in Spanish, French or other languages Thriving with a diverse company culture, celebrating the uniqueness of our staff and committed to inclusion. This range is based on base salary and does not include additional bonus program and total rewards eligibility.
