Fresh Mortgage Co Mortgage Underwriter Document Specialist (Jasper, Alberta) Fresh Mortgage Co is seeking an experienced, fulltime Mortgage Underwriter (Document Specialist) to join our highproducing brokerage. Candidates must have at least two years of mortgage industry experience and be able to work remotely or from our Alberta office. Position Overview - Work directly with clients and banks/lenders to complete mortgage applications on behalf of our brokerage. - Maintain a high level of knowledge in mortgage industry regulations and underwriting criteria. - Operate in a fastpaced environment with strict deadlines, managing multiple mortgages daily. Key Requirements & Responsibilities - Minimum 2 years of mortgage industry experience. - Daily client communication (phone, email, text) to collect information and signatures. - Detailoriented and highly organized; ability to handle 1020 applications per month. - Strong computer skills PDF/Adobe, Outlook, Word, DocuSign, Pipedrive, and general technology proficiency. - Selfmotivated, independent work style with a strong sense of accountability. - Ability to thrive in a highproducing environment; aboveaverage performance required. Minimum Qualifications - Mortgage industry experience. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Accuracy and attention to detail while handling multiple concurrent applications.
