You lead the plandocheckact (PDCA) process of the site quality management system and report results to the quality section manager. How You Will Contribute You will support elements of the sites quality system, including internal documentation and change management control, quality policy amendments and registration of internal and external documentation, internal audits, effective PDCA cycles and CAPA system management and management review. In addition, you will coordinate the eQCMS biannual review, handle consumer complaints from start to finish, and serve as a key contact for food regulatory agency inspections and contacts management. More About This Role Leads the sites Quality Deviation Program Responsible for Hold and Release Program Escalation/communication with corporate quality as needed Daily interaction with Operations regarding product quality Active participation in Root Cause Analysis Active participation in IL6S/Lean Manufacturing Gemba floor walks to improve quality culture Delivery of qualityspecific training topics Administration activities for iQS (Electronic Quality Control System) Support during internal and external audits. Salary and Benefits The expected base salary range for this position is $76,800 to $96,000 CAD, depending on experience, skills, education, and budget. The position is eligible to participate in a highly competitive bonus program.
