* **Business Strategy & Execution Support:** You'll partner with business and infrastructure teams to design and implement business plans and execute strategic initiatives. Youll prepare pitch books, marketing material and information dashboards. You'll work with other Business Managers and Finance to develop: senior management and board presentations, conference materials (onsite/offsite), ad-hoc presentations, analysis of sales and trading performance, share-of-wallet insights, and market research. Youll support the Capital Markets strategy by preparing regular reports and deliverables for senior management on key priorities, notable deals and pipeline activity. Youll manage new business initiatives, including Change Initiative Risk Assessments (CIRAs). Youll be accessible to the business throughout the day to actively respond to information requests and resolve day-to-day issues.* **Client Strategy & Planning:** You'll support strategic and business planning working closely with senior professionals across the business to unlock further growth for CIBC. Youll be responsible for preparing client strategy materials, relationship reviews, and account plans. You'll prepare client briefings for senior management meetings and coordinate client management activities.* **Governance & Compliance:** You'll coordinate and attest to CIBC governance functions user access, contracts, risk and controls, etc. Ensure Risk Delegations and Authorized Products Listings are up-to-date. Promptly coordinate and respond to auditor/regulator requests, findings and reports. You'll be a compliance liaison supporting registrations, continuing education, working supervisory procedures. You'll develop and implement improvements to internal procedures and practices including effective and documented internal control structure as evidenced by policies and procedures specific to the individual business activities.* **Finance/Management Information Systems (MIS):** You'll be responsible for the integrity of client information in numerous data repositories including Salesforce. You'll create performance metric tools and run ad-hoc MIS reporting.* **You can demonstrate knowledge** of capital markets products (products and processes) with a minimum of 3 years of work experience in capital markets or a corporate development function.* **You have an undergraduate degree**; MBA/CFA/CA is an asset.* **You give meaning to data.** You enjoy investigating complex problems and making sense of information.
