Duties & Responsibilities The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to: - Quickly adapt to new clinical environments, workflows, documentation systems, and facility expectations. - Provide safe, compassionate, culturally sensitive and evidence-based nursing care in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies. - Develop and implement patient-centered care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. - Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, families, facility staff, and agency representatives. - Maintain flexibility with scheduling, assignments, and travel requirements, including working in remote or high-need locations as required. Candidate Requirements - Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Registered Psychiatric Nurse or Nurse Practitioner with the College of Nurses of Manitoba. - A minimum of 18 months of experience (2015 practice hours) working as an RN, LPN, RPN or NP. - Current and valid CPR/BLS. - ACLS and CTAS preferred when working in the ER. *Only candidates selected to be moved forward in the recruitment process will be contacted by Bayshores Recruitment Team to schedule a conversation Education Required Bachelors or better.
