The Senior Manager, Data Analytics & Reporting for OneCap is a strategic leader responsible for all enterprise analytics, reporting, and data science functions across OneCap. This role drives innovation in analytics, reporting, automation, and artificial intelligence, ensuring robust data governance, operational excellence, and actionable insights for business performance, credit risk, and financial management. Reporting directly to the President, this leader manages crossfunctional teams, partners with senior executives, and champions datadriven decisionmaking to optimize outcomes for OneCap and its stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - Leadership & Management: Lead and mentor teams of data scientists, analysts, and reporting specialists. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Develop and implement the enterprise analytics and AI roadmap, aligning with OneCaps strategic objectives. - Reporting & Analytics: Manage the monthly and quarterly business performance reporting. Core reporting includes Meridian OneCap performance dashboard & commentary, variance analysis, new business volumes and spread analysis, contribution analysis, portfolio performance reporting and summaries for inclusion in weekly executive leadership reporting. Oversee the completion of monthly securitization funding, settlement and servicing requirements, including support for monthly servicer reports. - Maintain depth of knowledge of securitization requirements. Oversee preparation and integrity of all monthly, quarterly, and annual portfolio, management, and sales compensation payment calculations. Ensure data governance best practices, database integrity, and compliance with regulatory and board requirements. Drive improvements in reporting platforms, data capture, data mining, and automation. - Credit Risk & Financial Analytics and Compliance: Support the development, monitoring, and enhancement of credit risk models (PD, LGD, EAD), stress testing, and scenario analysis. Manage credit portfolio monitoring, compliance reporting, and regulatory submissions. Provide expert analysis and recommendations on credit risk trends, portfolio performance, and optimization strategies. - Continuous Improvement & AI Literacy: Represent OneCap in internal/external audits and regulatory examinations as the subject matter expert for analytics and reporting. Participate in special projects and crossfunctional initiatives. Champion the adoption of advanced analytics, machine learning, GenAI, and automation. Promote AI literacy and continuous learning across OneCap, partnering with HR and other stakeholders. Mentor and develop team members, fostering professional growth and skill enhancement. Preparation of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, annual 3year strategic plan and stress testing scenarios as required. This includes analyzing the financial results in an accurate and timely manner, creating and finalizing annual and 3year operating budgets, optimizing and improving the planning and budgeting methodologies where possible to meet the ongoing changing operation structure and business needs, and ensuring operational cash flow forecasting is appropriate and revised as necessary. Salary Range: CAD $95,000.00 to $142,400.00 annually. Compensation for this role is based on a combination of skills, experience, and internal equity. Candidates with stronger alignment to the roles requirements may be placed higher within the range. Office Location: Toronto Corporate Office. This is a hybrid opportunity.
