Job Summary As a Level II HR Business Partner, youll play a critical role supporting leaders and employees across Flight Centre Canada. This handson, highimpact role requires an experienced HR professional who thrives in employee relations and complex people matters. Key Responsibilities - Provide daytoday HR operational support across Canada, responding to employee and leader inquiries and proactively resolving people issues. - Manage a highvolume employee relations caseload from intake to resolution, ensuring clear SLAs, thorough documentation, and followup. - Conduct impartial workplace investigations, including planning, interviews, factfinding, analysis, and reporting. - Coach and advise leaders on performance management, progressive discipline, documentation, and compliance. - Facilitate difficult conversations and influence fair, consistent, and defensible outcomes aligned to policy and precedent. - Track ER trends and outcomes, recommending training or process improvements. - Support the rollout and adoption of Workday HRIS, including training, data maintenance, and process updates. - Assist with HR initiatives such as policy updates, leadership development, and change management activities. - Educate leaders on HR processes, policies, and provincial legislative requirements. - Assist with HR documentation and administrative tasks as required. - Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive. Experience & Qualifications - 36 years of progressive HR experience with strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. - 24 years of direct experience in employee relations, investigations, performance management, and leader coaching. - Proven ability to manage sensitive and complex people matters with discretion and sound judgment. - Strong attention to detail with excellent written, verbal, and reporting skills. - Ability to influence, collaborate, and partner with stakeholders at all levels. - Comfortable balancing tactical HR delivery with strategic thinking. - Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in ambiguity. - French language skills preferred but not required.
