Job Description

I.T. Support Analyst Blue Ant MediasI.T. team seeks a confident, upbeat, and reliable individual for an entrylevel I.T. Support Analyst role. The successful candidate will serve as the face of I.T., acting as the first point of contact for technological inquiries across the Toronto head office and supporting international teams remotely. Location: Toronto, Canada (inoffice, up to five days per week). Salary: $55,000 $65,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Core Responsibilities & Duties - Provide timely responses and effective solutions to helpdesk requests via the web ticketing portal, email, and facetoface inquiries. - Offer remote support to multiple international offices when needed. - Determine when issues require escalation within the I.T. team or involve other business units and stakeholders. - Configure, troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and deploy Mac and Windows systems, mobile devices, printers, and miscellaneous peripherals. - Provide support and training on MacOSX, Windows, and businessspecific applications. - Assist in administering enduser accounts using Active Directory, Microsoft365, and GSuite. - Set up and troubleshoot desk phone units and connectivity issues. - Troubleshoot network connectivity issues with WiFi, LAN, and business networks. - Perform miscellaneous incidental duties as required. Qualifications - College diploma or university degree in Information Technology or a minimum of 12 years of equivalent work experience in an I.T. support role. - Excellent prioritization, organizational, and problemsolving skills. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into userfriendly terms. - High interpersonal skills and a natural drive to provide highquality customer service. - Proactive learning mindset and quick absorption of new information. - Comfortable operating under high pressure in a fastpaced environment. - Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. - Knowledge of computer networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, VLAN). - Experience with Windows Server technologies, VMware, and MacOSX.
