Ready for a career glowup? As Senior Analyst, Finance, you will support financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis across our retail, eCommerce, and omnichannel businesses. Through strong partnerships and datadriven insights, your work will directly influence decisionmaking and help drive Sephora Canadas continued growth and success. What Youll Do: - Own key financial processes for assigned P&L areas, including budgeting, forecasting, monthend close, and reporting - Partner with crossfunctional teams in Canada and North America to deliver accurate forecasts and financial insights - Prepare and present financial analysis for diverse audiences, including leadershipready presentations and business cases - Support the monthly close process through variance analysis with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness - Lead ad hoc analysis and projects to support strategic initiatives, business decisions, and risk mitigation - Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to continuously improve financial performance - Support and enhance financial tools, models, and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness What Youll Bring: - Bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field - 35 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, financial reporting, or accounting - Retail or CPG industry experience is an asset - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements - Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with financial systems (SAP or similar ERP tools preferred) - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced, evolving environment - Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills with both finance and nonfinance partners - A proactive, analytical mindset with the confidence to challenge the status quo What Youll Get: - Caring Community.
