Role Responsibilities - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through their cosmetic consultation and treatment experience. - Build strong relationships with clients by providing professional, attentive, and knowledgeable service. - Educate clients on available cosmetic treatments, products, and service options suitable for their goals and skin type. - Support clinicians and medical aestheticians by coordinating treatment schedules, consultations, and follow-up appointments. - Assist in developing customized treatment plans in collaboration with clinic staff. - Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring documentation reflects treatment progress and feedback. - Promote clinic services and products by communicating benefits and outcomes in a personalized, ethical manner. - Address client concerns or questions proactively, escalating issues to management when needed. - Monitor client satisfaction and participate in improvement initiatives related to guest experience. - Perform additional administrative or operational duties to support clinic efficiency as directed by the Clinic Operations Manager Role Qualifications - Diploma or certification in Aesthetics, Customer Service, or Business Administration (medical aesthetics experience preferred). - Minimum of 2 years experience in a cosmetic, medical spa, or customer experience role. - Strong understanding of skincare products, cosmetic treatments, and aesthetic terminology. - Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problemsolving skills. - High level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with clients. - Proficiency in scheduling or CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. *Please note: This Clinic will be located at #201-7841 Broadcast Ave SW Calgary T3H 3V6 (Opening Soon).
