Elevate financial management as a Financial Controller within a dynamic manufacturing setup. Oversee accounting operations, lead audits, and develop compliance strategies in a team-oriented culture. You'll lead the close processes and develop accounting policies to optimize efficiency. Collaborating with FP&A, your role includes supporting budgeting, forecasting, and mentoring accounting staff for professional growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily accounting operations comprehensively Supervise month-end and year-end close processes Analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy Work with auditors and enforce compliance Mentor accounting staff to foster development Requirements: Bachelors degree in relevant field CPA or equivalent professional designation Minimum 8 years' accounting experience required In-depth knowledge of Canadian GAAP and IFRS Must live in Greater Toronto Area Lead the financial function to drive growth and efficiency in a supportive manufacturing environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
