Job Details Hours of Work: 7.5 hours per day - 5 day week (Mon-Fri) Work Arrangement: Hybrid 8 You will work a minimum of 8 days in a 4-week period at your primary office headquarters (typically 2 days per week). The remaining days will be remote within British Columbia. Salary Range: $43.68 - $62.14 per hour Location: North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada Position Highlights The People & Culture Business Partnering & Change team seeks an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to create and nurture strategic partnerships with operational managers to ensure the success of departmental people-related plans and approaches. Your drive and ability to thoroughly understand your clients business objectives will be essential as you execute people-centric programs in line with our corporate culture initiatives and overall people strategy. Reporting to the Manager of People & Culture Business Partnering & Change, you will identify trends, opportunities and risks that may impact your assigned business group. You will partner with a positive, collaborative, informed point of view, and be passionate about getting to the root cause of issues and implementing sustainable solutions. You will work closely with the Manager, People & Culture Business Partnering & Change and with your clients and the broader People, Culture & Sustainability team to ensure integrated approaches are used and that strategies and tactical plans are implemented across the entire client group at all levels of leadership. Key to success will be the ability to use data and insights to assess the impact of our People & Culture programs and initiatives, and course-correct where necessary. Position Requirements - Post-secondary credentials in a related field, such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Criminology or Sociology. - A minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources in an advisory, business partner or senior operational role. - Knowledge and experience with full HR spectrum and best practices: employee engagement, talent management, career development, succession planning, workforce planning, performance management, remuneration and rewards, organizational effectiveness, and employee relations. - Experience supporting a diverse workforce, including analytical and data-driven professionals, with resilience and diplomacy in complex situations. - Focal point to build and maintain strong partnerships and influence business decisions with all levels of leaders. - Ability to collect, analyze and diagnose high-impact HR data and provide effective solutions or recommendations. - Experience with program development and implementation including project and change methodologies. - Polished confidence with presentation and facilitation, ability to address differences with a consultative approach. - Effective decision-making, critical thinking and problem-resolution skills. - CPHR or other relevant designation is considered an asset.
