The Impact Youll Make As the Manager of Technology Strategy, you will lead a highperforming team of 14 professionals. You are the 'Trusted Advisor' to our executive stakeholders, overseeing a critical portfolio that includes IT Hardware, Software, Cloud, SaaS. Your mission is to move beyond costcutting. You will drive EBITDA growth, foster supplier innovation, and navigate the complexities of a fastpaced digital ecosystem to ensure TELUS remains the most recommended company in our markets. You know how to navigate organizational nuances to get things done, leading major negotiations and crossfunctional projects with precision - Innovation Agent: You stay ahead of the curve, proactively assessing how AI, automation, and emerging tech can revolutionize both our supply chain and our broader business operations Qualifications Who You Are - A Natural Leader: You are passionate about coaching. You don't just manage; you inspire and shape the next generation of procurement leaders - Nuanced Thinker: You understand that 'best price' isn't always 'best value.' You appreciate the subtle tradeoffs between reliability, speedtomarket, and cost - Change Maker: You are uncomfortable with the status quo. You are constantly looking for ways to innovate sourcing practices and project management excellence What You Bring to the Table - Expertise: 7+ years of experience in Sourcing or IT Procurement(HW, SW, SaaS and Cloud), with at least 2 years of proven success leading people.
