Position: SAP SuccessFactors Solution Consultant Location: Ontario/Remote Job ID#: DLTJP00045133 Duration: 12 Months Job Summary On behalf of our client, a Big 4 Accounting/Consulting firm, we are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Solution Consultant to contribute to the rollout of SuccessFactors as the new HRIS across the organization. Key Responsibilities - Facilitate discussions with key stakeholders in global Deloitte offices to support engagement activities, localization workshops, and adoption of SuccessFactors - Demonstrate leading best practices and deep knowledge of HR processes with technology and business - Act as advisor and subject matter expert on functional requirements and key program decisions to global offices - Participate with client-facing and technical delivery teams to ensure the efficient elicitation and implementation of business solution functional requirements and non-functional requirements - Provide leading-practice recommendations on standardized SuccessFactors implementation methodology and deployment activities - Accountable for the timeliness and accuracy of necessary escalations, applicable project metrics, and status reporting within a project team and to client stakeholders for your area of responsibility - Manage competing priorities and work through conflict resolutions between requirements and system limitations Qualifications - 3+ years experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors - Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central required (other modules certifications are an asset) - Lead design workshops for requirements gathering and guide project team on SAP best practices - Excellent organization, analytical, planning, and leadership skills - Provide support on demonstrations and creation of high-quality documentation such as process maps, training materials, etc. - Ability to work individually and as part of a team to manage full lifecycle implementations - Provide post go-live support where applicable as part of sustainment activities - Experience in dealing with multiple projects and cross-functional teams and ability to coordinate across teams in a large matrix organization environment - Strong relationship-building and consulting skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
