Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical support and on-site service for MEWP (Mobile Elevating Work Platform) products in the Western Canada region, including equipment installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair. 2. Offer product usage guidance, safe operation training, and regular maintenance recommendations to customers. 3. Coordinate with local service providers or dealers to resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high service quality. 4. Collect customer feedback and product usage data, generate reports, and facilitate communication with headquarters for product improvements. 5. Participate in the delivery support of major projects to ensure timely project implementation. 6. Manage spare parts inventory requirements and assist the Spare Parts Coordinator in emergency responses. 7. Submit regular reports to headquarters on service summaries, customer satisfaction, and market dynamics. 8. Act as a communication bridge between China and Canada, assisting in resolving technical and procedural challenges in cross-cultural collaboration.
