Your New Employer Putting people first is at the heart of the Concert Properties story. We are deeply invested in improving the lives of the people who live and work in our communities, acknowledging that communities are more than just buildings. We focus on quality, consistency and sustainability, and our business is driven by warm, passionate people who embody a desire to help each of us feel more connected to one another. We develop, own and manage rental apartments; develop condominium homes; and develop, acquire and manage industrial and office properties. Since 1989, weve grown to over $6.6 billion in assets under control. Joining the team means becoming part of an organization that values thoughtful execution, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Your New Role Reporting to the Director, Investor Relations, the Investor Relations Associate will support the Investments team by delivering accurate, timely, and well-organized investor materials and communications. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing investor presentations, reports, and marketing materials, working closely with internal teams to gather and synthesize information. You will coordinate meetings, ensure all supporting materials are prepared, and maintain detailed records of investor interactions and communications in the CRM system. You will support investor-facing initiatives, including presentations, board meetings, and ongoing reporting requirements, ensuring seamless execution from planning through to delivery. The role also involves maintaining document storage systems to ensure compliance with internal standards and retention requirements. From a financial perspective, you will interpret and work with financial models to track performance, valuations, and key metrics, while also monitoring industry trends, investor sentiment, and market developments to support the broader team. This is a highly collaborative role that sits at the intersection of investments, communications, and operations. What Sets You Apart You bring 24 years of experience in an investments, finance, or analytics-focused environment, along with a degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Your strong written and verbal communication skills allow you to present information clearly and professionally, both internally and externally. You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and are comfortable working with financial models and data analysis. Experience with CRM systems and with coordinating investor-facing activities, such as meetings or roadshows, will be viewed as an asset. Above all, you are proactive, curious, and take ownership of your work, with a strong interest in investor relations and capital markets. What You Can Expect You will join a collaborative and purpose-driven organization that places people at the centre of everything it does.
