Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Woodstock, ON, for a Human Resources Assistant. The Human Resources Assistant will support day-to-day HR operations, including assisting with employee onboarding, benefits administration, maintaining and updating HR records using HRIS, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The role also involves coordinating training programs, providing administrative support to the HR department, and addressing employee queries related to HR policies or resources. Qualifications - Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) functions, including employee relations and addressing HR inquiries - Experience in HR Management and working with Human Resources Information Systems - Experience with ADP - Knowledge of Benefits Administration processes and compliance requirements - Ability to manage Training programs and support employee development initiatives - Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills - Proficiency in relevant HR software and tools - Bachelors degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Prior experience in a similar role or HR environment is considered an asset - CHRP designation or working towards. Located in Woodstock , Ontario . Hours are Monday to Thursday 6:00am to 4:30pm. Salary range between $50,000- $60,000. Equal opportunity employer accommodations available on request.
