Recruiting Intern- Student Position This role is open to students currently enrolled at a Canadian university with at least 3 courses confirmed for the Fall 2026 term LH Sales Consulting Montreal, QC (Remote) Full-time | Flexible hours | Co-op or internship eligible This is a paid role. We place top commercial and technical talent for fast-growing companies in the data centre, HVAC, software, and OEM space across Canada and the USA. We are a small, high-output team and everyone here makes a real impact. This role is ideal for someone with a genuine interest in talent acquisition who wants to learn how recruiting actually works not just read about it in a textbook. What you will do - Source candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms based on active role briefs - Send outreach messages to prospective candidates and manage initial responses - Book and coordinate candidate meetings end to end - Enter and maintain accurate candidate records in our CRM (Zoho Bigin) - Track pipeline activity and deliver weekly KPI updates - Research target companies and hiring managers to help prioritize outreach Who you are - Studying HR, Business, or a related field with a genuine interest in talent acquisition - Organized and reliable you follow through, hit deadlines, and keep things tidy without being asked - A clear communicator you write professionally and know how to engage a stranger in a way that earns a response - Curious and self-directed you ask smart questions and do not wait to be told what to do next - Detail-oriented you catch errors before they become problems What you bring - Currently enrolled at a Canadian university in HR, Business, Communications, or a related program and registered for a minimum of 3 courses in the fall term - Strong written and spoken English is required French is optional - This is a full-time role with some flexibility on hours depending on the candidate and their schedule - Prior experience in recruiting, HR, or sales is a strong asset someone who has done cold outreach or booked meetings before will ramp quickly - Comfortable with LinkedIn LinkedIn Recruiter experience is a plus - Willing to learn our CRM tools quickly (Zoho Bigin) Why join LH Sales Consulting - Work directly with the founder and learn how a boutique recruiting business actually operates - Real hands-on exposure to full-cycle recruitment in high-demand technical industries - Full-time role with the opportunity to continue into the fall term if it is a great fit on both sides - A fast-moving, no-politics environment where your contributions are visible from day one
