You will play a key role in support the team by ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a high level of service to employees. You will: Respond to employee inquiries related to policies, payroll, and benefits, providing clear and accurate guidance. Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, reference checks, employment documentation, and new hire setup. Assist with offboarding and employee lifecycle processes, ensuring proper documentation and system updates. Administer benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations, and reconcile related invoices. Support payroll processing, including data entry, verification, and reconciliation Maintain accurate and up-to-date records ensuring compliance and data integrity. Assist with other Human Resource -related initiatives as required. What You Bring to the Job You are a detail-oriented, organized, and professional who is comfortable working with confidential information and managing multiple priorities. Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field 6+ months of experience in an HR support role Hands-on support payroll experience, Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills Mus have the ability to manage competing priorities Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism CHRP designation (or in progress) and bilingualism (French) are considered assets Qualified job seekers are asked to apply with attention to Antoinette King.
