Job Title: MS Dynamics CRM Consultant/Developer (Azure & .NET) Client: Infosys / Microsoft Location: Remote (USA & Canada) Duration: Long-Term Contract Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant/Developer with strong expertise in Azure and .NET technologies to support a long-term engagement with Infosys/Microsoft. This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in the USA and Canada. The ideal candidate will have a strong development background along with functional understanding of Dynamics CRM (D365 CE). Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) solutions. - Build and maintain integrations using Azure services. - Develop plugins, workflows, and customizations using .NET / C#. - Work with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions. - Implement and support CRM modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing. - Develop APIs and integrations with external systems. - Perform unit testing, SIT/UAT support, and deployment activities. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues. - Ensure best practices in security, performance, and scalability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. Required Qualifications - 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE. - Strong hands-on experience with: - .NET / C# development - Dynamics CRM customization (plugins, workflows, forms, entities) - Experience working with Microsoft Azure (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, etc.). - Experience with REST APIs and system integrations. - Strong understanding of CRM architecture and data model. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with Infosys or Microsoft projects. - Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). - Experience with DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps). - Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript for frontend customizations. - Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365 / Azure). Work Authorization Requirements - USA: Only US Citizens or Green Card holders. - Canada: Open to all valid work authorizations; B1/B2 visa preferred for travel flexibility.
