About the Role Beames CST Training Centre is hiring a Programs Coordinator to keep the operational backbone of our school running smoothly. We are a small team that takes pride in the experience we create for our students, and this role is a core part of making that possible. You will manage the administrative and logistical side of our programs: maintaining course platforms, tracking student progress, issuing certificates, and handling general student inquiries. You will be set up for success with clear expectations from the start, and we trust the right person to carry their work forward with care and independence. This is not a sales role. When a student conversation moves toward program selection or continuing their education, you will connect them with our Student Success Coordinator. Your focus is operations, accuracy, and keeping the school running beautifully behind the scenes. What Youll Do Student Communication and Support - Respond to general and administrative student inquiries via email, Instagram, and phone (OpenPhone) with professionalism and warmth - Troubleshoot login and platform access issues on Zenler - Recognize when a student inquiry is sales-adjacent or involves a conversation about next steps in their education, and route them promptly to the Student Success Coordinator Course and Platform Management - Build, update, and maintain courses on Zenler, ensuring content is accurate and published on schedule - Collaborate with instructors and admin to edit course materials and curricula as needed - Attend assigned live virtual classes to take attendance, support instructors with tech needs, and assist students in real time Student Records and Progress Tracking - Track student assignment completion in collaboration with instructors - Issue Certificates of Completion accurately and on time - Maintain the Graduates Directory with precision Team Coordination - Use Slack for internal communication: flagging issues, sharing updates, and coordinating with marketing and admin - Align with the team on enrollment updates and course launches What Were Looking For - Minimum 1 year of experience in education administration, student support, or a related field - Experience supporting or attending live online classes is an asset - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a warm and professional tone - Exceptional attention to detail. Errors in student records, certificates, and platform content have real consequences, and we take accuracy seriously - Proficiency with G Suite, Slack, ClickUp, Zoom, Meta Business Suite, Stripe, and Zenler or a comparable LMS - Comfortable troubleshooting basic tech issues independently - Self-directed and proactive. You do not need to be reminded of recurring tasks or told what to do each day.
