What Youll Be Doing As a Business Analyst at TAINA, youll play a critical role in integrating our platform into some of the worlds largest financial institutions. Youll be responsible for: - Working directly with customers to integrate the TAINA Platform into their existing systems and processes - Acting as a key bridge between clients, product, engineering, and delivery - Engaging stakeholders on technical, operational, and businessprocess topics - Defining clear, highquality requirements in collaboration with subjectmatter experts - Validating new feature requirements both internally and externally - Supporting and overseeing data migration exercises - Working closely with delivery teams to shape BDD requirements and acceptance criteria - Owning the acceptance phase of new features and supporting deployment readiness - Building and maintaining strong, trusted client relationships - Supporting product demonstrations for existing and prospective clients This is not a passive role. Youll have visibility, autonomy, and real influence over how our platform evolves. Your Analytical Superpowers You dont need to tick every box but you should be confident in many of these areas: - Business analysis experience (minimum 1 year), ideally within: Financial services RegTech / fintech Complex SaaS platforms - Ability to quickly understand complex systems, workflows, and data models - Experience in defining and documenting clear business and technical requirements - Strong SQL skills and confidence working with data - Experience in analysing, validating, and explaining data and outcomes - Ability to create clear mockups and solution artefacts (experience with Figma preferred) - Exposure to regulatory or taxrelated frameworks (FATCA, CRS, or similar is a plus) How You Work Youre someone who: - Communicates clearly and confidently verbally and in writing - Is detailoriented without losing sight of the bigger picture - Enjoys documenting, explaining, and presenting complex ideas simply - Is comfortable demonstrating product functionality (including APIs) to clients - Takes pride in producing highquality documentation, release notes, and demos - Builds trust quickly with both internal teams and external stakeholders About TAINA TAINA is the marketleading FATCA & CRS validation platform, trusted by some of the worlds largest financial institutions.
