ServiceNow Technical Architect A leading global technology organisation is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Architect to join its rapidly growing SaaS and ServiceNow practice. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in designing and delivering innovative ServiceNow solutions across a diverse client base. The Opportunity Youll join a high-performing solutions team, working on large-scale digital transformation programmes across multiple industries. This role combines hands-on architecture, technical leadership, and client engagement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic design and delivery. What Youll Be Doing - Design and develop ServiceNow platform architecture aligned to business needs - Lead implementation across ITSM and ITOM modules - Own key areas including: - CMDB - Discovery - Event Management - Service Mapping - Define and deliver integration strategies (REST/SOAP APIs) - Run workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders - Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams - Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned to best practice - Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams What Were Looking For - Strong experience as a ServiceNow Architect / Technical Architect - Proven delivery across ITSM and ITOM - Deep knowledge of: - Incident, Problem, Change - CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping - Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) - Ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders - Strong communication and problem-solving skills Certifications & Experience Essential: - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Desirable: - CIS certifications (ITSM / ITOM) - ITIL certification - Experience in Agile or Waterfall delivery environments Whats in It for You - Opportunity to work on enterprise-scale ServiceNow programmes - Exposure to cutting-edge SaaS and digital transformation initiatives - Strong investment in training, certifications, and career progression - A collaborative, innovative environment with flexible working options - Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package
