Operations Manager Tours & City Operations Company: See Sight Tours Location: In Office (Niagara Falls) Travel: Yes city oversight and operational support About the role See Sight Tours is hiring an Operations Manager to ensure the seamless execution of tours across assigned cities. This role is responsible for maintaining high-quality, on-time tour delivery while driving operational efficiency and consistency across regions. This is a hands-on operations role focused on execution, not strategy alone. You will be directly responsible for ensuring tours run smoothly, guides are performing at a high level, and operational issues are resolved quickly and effectively. What you will do City operations & execution Oversee daily tour operations across assigned regions Ensure all tours depart and run on time Maintain high-quality guest experiences across all tours Monitor real-time operations and proactively solve issues Guide management & scheduling Manage tour guide scheduling and availability Monitor guide performance and enforce quality standards Support training, onboarding, and ongoing performance improvement Ensure proper staffing coverage across all tours and time slots Operational issue management Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues Resolve day-of issues quickly and effectively Coordinate with customer service when needed Identify root causes and prevent repeat issues Cross-functional coordination Work closely with dispatch, fleet, and product teams Ensure alignment between scheduling, vehicles, and tour demand Support new city launches and product rollouts Communicate operational updates clearly across teams Process improvement & efficiency Identify inefficiencies in scheduling and execution Improve systems and workflows to increase consistency Standardize operations across cities Use data and feedback to continuously improve performance What success looks like Tours consistently running on time High operational efficiency across cities Fast and effective issue resolution Strong guide performance and reliability Consistent city-level performance and guest experience Ideal background Youve likely held roles such as: Operations Manager Tourism or Transportation City Operations Manager Logistics or Dispatch Manager Hospitality Operations Manager Fleet or Field Operations Lead You understand: How to manage real-time operations in fast-paced environments Scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation The importance of consistency and reliability in guest experience How to manage teams under pressure Skills and traits we value Strong operational experience Highly organized and detail-oriented Calm under pressure and solution-focused Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability Clear communicator across teams Accountable and execution-driven AI + tech savvy (comfortable using tools, automation, and systems to improve operations) Strong operational experience Highly organized and detail-oriented Calm under pressure and solution-focused Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability Clear communicator across teams Accountable and execution-driven
