The Role We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning and Administration Lawyer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with a diverse and engaged client base, developing personalized, taxefficient estate plans that reflect each clients goals and values. Your practice will include wills, trusts, incapacity planning, guardianship, and probate, with opportunities to build longterm client relationships and a strong professional profile. What Youll Do Advise clients on asset distribution, incapacity planning, and healthcare directives Provide clear, strategic legal advice on estate planning and administration options Draft and review customized wills, trusts, and related estate documents Collaborate with financial advisors, tax professionals, and family members on comprehensive estate planning Assist clients with beneficiary designations and trust creation (revocable and irrevocable) Manage estate administration matters, including probate applications and court processes Advise fiduciaries and beneficiaries on their legal rights and obligations Oversee estate administration tasks, including asset collection, debt and tax settlements, and distributions Ensure compliance with Law Society of Ontario rules and best practices #J-18808-Ljbffr
