In the role of Senior Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of innovative client projects across healthcare and pharmaceutical industries that have a real impact on a diverse range of patients, caregivers, providers, and communities. Select key responsibilities include: - Being accountable for designing and delivering significant workstreams within projects. For example, shaping and executing research, owning key design artifacts such as insights reports, journey maps, service blueprints, storyboards, illustrations, and prototypes. - Designing and facilitating engagements with project stakeholders. For example, writing discussion guides, conducting interviews, facilitating cocreation workshops, synthesizing findings to uncover unmet needs, and using insights to inform design decisions. - Working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
