This is a hands-on, relationship-first leadership role for someone who thrives in the field, takes pride in quality, and genuinely enjoys guiding clients through the journey of building something extraordinary.If you're looking for a company where your contributions are recognized, where the work is something you can be proud of, and where growth is real we'd love to connect.WHAT YOU'LL DO Manage 58 luxury custom residential projects simultaneously, from permit stage through completion Serve as the primary trusted advisor to clients guiding them through every design and budget decision with expertise and care Collaborate closely with our in-house architecture and design team (same office) and external architects Create and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and status reports Coordinate with trades, suppliers, subcontractors, and in-house carpenters to keep work flowing Manage time-and-material budgets; help clients understand the downstream impact of design decisions Adapt your approach to a diverse clientele from budget-conscious families building their dream cottage to ultra-high-net-worth clients who expect perfection in every detail Continuously improve systems, processes, and project methodologiesWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 2+ years of project management experience in custom residential construction this is key; production or commercial backgrounds don't translate the same way Deep understanding of how design decisions create cost and schedule ripple effects High emotional intelligence you can read a client, build trust quickly, and navigate difficult conversations with grace Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple complex projects without dropping the ball Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CoConstruct or similar construction PM software is a strong asset Valid Ontario driver's license and reliable transportation Comfort working outdoors in a field-forward roleWHY JOIN US Base salary of $100,000 $120,000 based on experience, plus an annual performance bonus Company truck and gas card yours for personal and work use Work on genuinely stunning, high-end projects in one of Canada's most beautiful landscapes In-house architecture and design partner means seamless collaboration from concept to build A collaborative, supportive team culture with real room for growth Stable, full-time employment with a company that has stood behind its work for 15+ years Builds you'll be proud to put in your portfolio and proud to tell people about
