This role is ideal for someone who understands gardening work, can train and hold employees accountable, and enjoys talking with clients, and can confidently turn onsite observations into approved enhancement jobs. The focus is on client interaction, revenue growth through enhancements, and maintaining high service standards in the field. What Youll Do - Kickstart crews each morning and support them throughout the day - Be present in the field, supporting crews and maintaining high service quality.
