This Senior Manager role exists to enable business growth by partnering with leaders to deliver proactive, high impact talent solutions in a complex and evolving market. Is this role right for you? In this role you will: - Lead and drive a client and candidatefocused culture throughout the team to deepen relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge. - Lead a team of Senior Consultants and ensure all service level agreements, key deliverables, and other performance measurements are achieved. - Understand business needs and design talent attraction strategies in partnership with various stakeholders. - Support the development of recruitment and sourcing strategies for specific business lines and segments in alignment with overall Global Human Resources and Bank strategies. - Provide oversight of daytoday recruitment activities, improving service effectiveness and operational efficiency. - Manage escalated and complex issues, including businessrelated questions and complex hiring scenarios, ensuring activities comply with legislative and regulatory requirements. - Incorporate the Banks risk appetite and risk culture into daytoday activities and decisionmaking. - Create an environment that supports effective and efficient operations while ensuring adherence to business controls related to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk, and conduct risk, in accordance with the Banks risk management frameworks and policies. - Build a highperformance culture by implementing a people strategy that attracts, develops, motivates, and retains top talent through inclusive leadership, clear communication of vision and values, and succession and development planning. - Report to the Director, Talent Acquisition and lead a team consisting of 1 Team Manager and 11 Consultants, with accountability for up to 15 direct reports and performance measured against businessaligned metrics.
