BMM Construction Services Site Lead Project Manager Jasper Alberta Company: BMM Construction Services Corp. Location: Canada Fulltime, Day & Night shift Compensation: $75,000$90,000peryear. About the Role We are seeking a reliable and experienced Site Lead / Project Manager to oversee retail renovation and installation projects across Canada. This role is suited for someone who enjoys leading diverse crews, solving onsite problems, and working in a fastpaced retail construction environment. Responsibilities - Lead renovation, installation, and retail refresh projects across Canada. - Manage crews of 415 people, including unionized trades, merchandisers, and temporary labor. - Maintain quality, productivity, and project timelines. - Communicate professionally with store management, clients, and internal teams. - Ensure compliance with OH&S legislation, WHMIS, construction standards, and all building/fire codes. - Participate directly in fixture installation, merchandising, teardown, and site preparation. - Work safely at heights and follow all PPE protocols. - Complete digital daily reports, schedules, photos, and documentation. - Promote teamwork, safety, and professionalism. - Adapt quickly to changing project scopes, timelines, and environments. Requirements - Experience leading construction, installation, or retail renovation projects. - Experience supervising multitrade teams (union and nonunion). - Ability to travel nationwide and work night shifts. - Practical skills in fixture installation or retail setup. - Comfortable performing physical tasks and working at heights. - Strong communication, planning, and problemsolving abilities. - Proficiency with digital reporting and scheduling tools. - Steady, adaptable, and confident under pressure.
