We need someone who is not just here to perform tasks but wants to contribute to the ongoing improvement of our offering to our clients. Our ideal CRM Tech has a strong background in HubSpot. Were looking for a parttime HubSpot expert to join our team and help with our internal HubSpot accounts as well as configuring and managing some of our clients HubSpot accounts. You must have experience doing some of the more advanced configurations, integrations, workflows and automations within HubSpot. We have a remote team. So, you must also possess a high degree of emotional intelligence and selfdiscipline. You need to be able to manage your time appropriately in order to hit deadlines. And you must be able to communicate professionally with other team members. What youll do: - Analyzing clients HubSpot accounts and identifying opportunities for improvement; - Helping to connect HubSpot to 3 party applications including social media, analytics, online ads and more; - Helping to improve the performance of marketing campaigns that leverage HubSpot data; - Setting up marketing automation workflows; - Managing lists and the fields and data within those lists; - Creating forms and integrating WordPress forms with HubSpot; - Creating adhoc and automated reports and dashboards for the Client and Yardstick to report on campaign performance; - Attending meetings to discuss projects and campaigns; - Other duties as required. Must have: - Applications from residents of Canada will be considered before any international applicants. - Fluent in English both written and spoken - Your own phone plus a PC or Mac - A good enough internet connection to allow video chats with our team and clients - A high degree of emotional intelligence - The ability to work from home and manage your own hours to meet deadlines - Experience with other CRMs such as SalesForce is an assets Who you are Ultimately, youre a great fit for us if you enjoy a good worklife balance.
