Skills Requirements - Demonstrated experience supporting hardware lifecycle and deployment activities in an enterprise IT environment - Handson experience with laptop, mobile device, and peripheral deployments, swaps, and refreshes - Experience executing largescale rollouts or refresh initiatives with minimal disruption to users - Ability to perform secure device swaps, returns and preparation for reuse or disposal in accordance with policy - Strong experience documenting work and updating ITSM tickets and asset records accurately // ...
