Join Springboards Youth Court Action Planning Program as a Youth Justice Worker. This full-time role focuses on case management and community engagement to support justice-involved youth and their families. In this position, you will coordinate individual action plans, establish crucial relationships, and refer youth to essential services. With a focus on crisis prevention and intervention, your efforts will drive positive outcomes for young people navigating the justice system. Key Responsibilities: Establish relationships with youth and their families Create and implement targeted action plans Conduct timely service referrals and maintain records Develop partnerships with community organizations Support documentation and program evaluation Requirements: Post-secondary education in a related field Minimum two years' experience with justice-involved youth Knowledge of YCJA and CYFSA Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management software Ability to travel and work evenings as needed Bring your expertise in crisis intervention and youth support to impact lives positively in the Greater Toronto Area. #J-18808-Ljbffr
