Take charge of train operations as a Supervisor, ensuring safety and efficient service delivery in accordance with regulatory standards. Work closely with Train Operators and stakeholders to promote superior customer experiences. As a vital link in operational management, you will oversee all aspects of train scheduling and service coordination. Your role includes assessing performance metrics, providing on-the-job training, and addressing operational incidents swiftly. Collaborate with safety boards and develop a proactive Safety Management System.
