YOUR MISSION Actively contribute to the completion of major projects ; Promote a responsible and sustainable organizational culture in health, safety, and environmental matters ; Perform quality control on fresh concrete in accordance with applicable standards and specifications ; Carry out sampling of fresh concrete and aggregates to perform required tests ; Monitor site operations and ensure compliance with established procedures ; Compile, record, and ensure traceability of testing and inspection data ; Implement and follow up on inspection and testing plans in accordance with project requirements ; Identify non-conformities related to materials or processes, prepare required reports, and follow up on corrective actions ; Participate in maintaining and improving the quality management system, in compliance with contractual requirements and internal procedures ; Perform any other related duties associated with the position. YOUR DNA Hold a valid drivers license ; Have training in civil engineering or a related field (asset) ; Relevant experience on construction sites, as a lab or field technician (asset) ; Hold ACI certification Concrete Field Testing Technician (asset) ; Demonstrate autonomy, resourcefulness, and professional rigor ; Willingness to work on construction sites ; Functional knowledge of English.
