Our client, a leading commercial Architecture firm located in downtown Toronto, is searching for a motivated and energetic Intermediate Senior Architectural Technologist to compliment their growing team. This is a permanent position, with a salary of $70 - $90K, depending on experience plus a competitive benefits and vacation package.This firm is an established practice seeking talented and creative individuals to work on institutional projects.Overview:The chosen individual will be responsible to produce and maintain deliverables and complete tasks as assigned to achieve project timelines. This may include production, assembly, coordination and completion of Working Drawings using REVIT for issuance to clients, consultants, municipal authorities and contractors.Responsibilities:Preparing working drawings using REVITCoordination of Contract DocumentsWorking with production teamAssisting with Contract Administration servicesGood communication with consultantsTo work closely with Project ManagersQualifications:Diploma from an accredited Architectural Technologist Program, or equivalent.5-10 years of similar Canadian experience using REVIT on institutional projectsExcellent oral & written communication skillsStrong knowledge of building science, construction details and building codesStrong work ethic & team playerHighly organized and detailed orientedPlease email your resume to with the wording Job #1003 , Architectural Technologist in the subject line.
