Specific duties are outlined as follows:Client Service and Document ManagementMaintain, update, and organize computer and paper files utilized by the department. Ensure the proper and appropriate assignment of documents to our various client files by assigning electronic documents and renaming them to assist our service teams (rename/reindex)Prepare correspondence, pre-renewal letters, no-interruption letters, as determined.Management of our download module within our broker management system (Acturis)Mail incoming mail (Canada Post, ICS, and Courier) sorted, and processed into the system. Mail outgoing; letters, envelopes, prepare all courier waybills, accurate mailing labels, and appropriate postage. Assist with the preparation of pink cards and schedules, as determined.Assist with the preparation of certificate requests such as mortgagee requests, lessor, loss payable, additional insureds, CSIO, and ISNetWorld.Update risk details as needed; creating and maintaining of task management when assigned.Data entry for special projects.Light office duties as needed.Opportunity for future development and training for other CSR tasks. Team Support Participate in taking a turn to assist with the maintenance of the office coffee machine.Take all steps to avoid Errors & Omissions and report any potential E&O to the Service Supervisor.Attend and participate in Team meetings, general staff meetings, and company functions.Office Support Abide by and adhere to the policies and procedures as outlined in the IGN Policies & Procedures Manual.Utilize the broker management system, Microsoft Office Suite, APF Finance, and ISNet World programs.Knowledge and Experience1-2 years of experience within a team environment in a customer service position.1-2 years of experience within an insurance environment or professional business environment is an asset.Experience with The Agency Manager, Acturis, Microsoft Office Suite, Compu Quote, or comparable computer systems.This job operates in a professional office environment.
