Supply Chain ManagerHybrid in Toronto (2/3) Talento has partnered with a fast-paced organization is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to ensure consistent product supply support promotional initiatives, and optimize inventory and distribution across a portfolio of food and packaging products. This role partners closely with procurement, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to balance cost, service, and execution while maintaining strong supplier performance and supply continuity.ResponsibilitiesManage relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and distribution centers to ensure alignment and continuity of supplyEnsure timely product availability, proactively identifying and mitigating supply risksReview and validate pricing, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate system updatesPartner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve supply issues and drive performanceCollaborate on distribution strategies and logistics to optimize cost and efficiencyMonitor supplier capacity, quality, and service levelsSupport demand forecasting and inventory planning activitiesCoordinate new product launches and promotional (LTO) timelines with cross-functional teamsCommunicate demand and promotional plans to suppliers to ensure production readinessSupport inventory execution to enable successful product rollouts and depletion strategiesLead sourcing and negotiation for promotional items to achieve optimal cost and supplier performancePrepare and deliver supply chain updates to stakeholdersRequirementsBachelors degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree a plus58 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or related fieldStrong negotiation, supplier management, and contract management skillsExperience with forecasting, inventory management, and logistics coordinationStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office toolsExperience in food, QSR, or consumer products environments is a plusFrench proficiency is a plus
