You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project delivery. Your responsibilities will include:Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, consultants, contractors, and end usersReviewing contracts and procuring required materials and equipmentCollaborating with foremen, superintendents, and project coordinators to assess labor needs and staffing plansDeveloping detailed project schedules and overseeing execution across multiple projects, attending site as needed to monitor progress and qualityPreparing reports, project manuals, and supporting closeout evaluations to identify strengths and areas for improvementSupporting estimating and business operations if you have relevant experience, with corresponding increases in responsibility and compensationWhat you'll need to succeed23 years of experience in electrical project management and/or estimating, ideally within industrial or commercial environmentsStrong organizational skills and high attention to detailExcellent communication and collaboration skillsSolid knowledge of electrical systems, applicable codes, and industry best practicesExperience managing multiple projects, including cost control and financial trackingProficiency with AutoCAD, MS Office, Bluebeam, Procore, and virtual meeting platformsAbility to thrive in a fastpaced, highvolume environment with strong problemsolving abilitiesWhat you'll get in returnIn return for your expertise, youll be joining a supportive, growing team where your contributions truly make an impact.
