About the CompanyDesign and manufacturingLocation: Downtown TorontoAbout the RoleLooking for someone who comes from a manufacturing or printing environment. They are looking for someone who wants to learn in the industry and is willing to roll with the punches and changes of products before it goes to print.ResponsibilitiesFull-cycle project coordination including assisting with design, manufacturing details and specifications, installation planning and coordination, and after sales serviceAssists the department with quoting and estimating by gathering information, specifications, and related documents; and identifying labor, material, and time requirementsProvide high level customer service to internal and external stakeholders and ensure customer service standards are maintained and clients needs are satisfiedBuild and foster relationships with suppliers as requiredDevelop strong, long-term strategic relationships with clientsDevelop knowledge of current industry practices, use of materials, and competitionSource new suppliers and installers as requiredAssist in maintaining an efficient, and streamlined departmentUpdate current processes and put practices into placeCoordinate all phases of multiple projectsMaintain and update project documentation as requiredPerform additional duties and functions as delegated by department management Qualifications1-3 years experience in a Project Assistant or Coordination functionBachelors Degree or equivalent Required SkillsProficient skills in Microsoft Office, with a focus on ExcelExcellent organizational and time management skills you must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectivelyUnderstanding of technical drawings, floor plans, manufacturing processes, and various materials is highly advantageousMust be proactive, communicative, and able to work with minimal supervisionDetail-oriented, solutions-oriented, and a fast learnerPossess a natural knack for solving problemsAbility to maintain good communication with team members, clients, and vendorsDemonstrated ability to be resourceful and creativeA team player who is self-motivated, able to meet deadlines, and able to handle many tasks simultaneously with speed, accuracy, and courtesyProficient knowledge with a CRM system, preferably NetSuiteFlexible attitude, ability to learn quickly, and perform well under pressure Pay range and compensation package$50,000-$55,000Equal Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity.
