We know how to turn driven individuals into industry-leading producers, and now we need an exceptional recruiter to help us scale that process in Toronto.About the RoleYour primary focus will be headhunting, recruiting, and screening candidates for our Investment Advisor pipeline. This is not a standard corporate recruiting role. You will be tasked with identifying a very specific type of individual: fiercely competitive, resilient, and ready to outwork their peers to build a 7- or 8-figure practice from the ground up.In addition to building our advisor pipeline, you will also manage the recruitment of critical support staff, including marketing assistants and office administrators, to ensure our Toronto operations run flawlessly.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvisor Recruitment (Primary Focus): Proactively source, headhunt, and screen recent graduates and early-career professionals who possess the grit and sales drive required to succeed in wealth management.Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from initial outreach on LinkedIn and job boards to conducting preliminary screening interviews and scheduling final rounds with our senior leadership.Support Staff Hiring: Lead the hiring process for office administrators, assistants, and other operational staff as the Toronto office expands.Culture Guarding: Act as the first line of defense for our firms culture, filtering out candidates who lack the resilience for a high-performance environment.Onboarding & HR Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the firm, and handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks for the Toronto branch.What We Are Looking ForProven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or agency headhunting (experience recruiting for sales, financial services, or commission-based roles is a massive asset).A strong judge of character with the ability to identify resilience, drive, and coachability in candidates.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.Exceptional communication skills and the ability to pitch the long-term vision and lucrative upside of our firm to high-potential candidates.A proactive, self-starter mentalityyou don't wait for applicants; you go out and find the best talent.What We OfferA competitive base salary with performance incentives tied to successful advisor placements and retention.The opportunity to be a foundational piece of a major market expansion for a $13B+ wealth management firm.A dynamic, high-energy environment working alongside top producers in the industry.Long-term career stability and growth within the largest Manulife Wealth group in Canada.If you have a sharp eye for talent and thrive in a high-growth, results-driven environment, apply below.
