Role Description Our affilate in Canada is hiring a full-time, remote role for a Canadian Immigration Paralegal. The Paralegal will assist with preparing legal documents, handling visa-related processes, and providing support for a range of Canadian immigration matters. You will collaborate closely with attorneys and clients to ensure compliance with immigration law, manage case files, and perform research to support legal strategies.For more information: Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Immigration Law and Canadian immigration policiesProficiency in handling legal administrative tasks and resolving immigration issuesProven skills in Legal Document Preparation and case file managementExcellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneouslyStrong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environmentParalegal certification or equivalent education in law or related field is preferred3 years of previous experience in Canadian immigration law is mandatory
