As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will support multiple service lines with full life-cycle talent selection, filling various level roles from entry level to Managers and Directors in Canada. You will work closely with Head of Talent Acquisition, other members of the Recruiting team, and your hiring managers on a strategy to attract great talent for one of the worlds largest Market Research firms. This role will be part of helping Ipsos to achieve its goal of expanding our operations year over year. What you can expect to be doing: Provide full life cycle recruiting support across functions, service lines, and geographies in Canada (will support some US-based roles as well)Work closely with hiring managers to determine ideal candidate profile and sourcing strategy Develop recruitment strategies with hiring teams Proactively source candidates through various methods including LinkedIn Recruiter Guide internal applicants through employee application process Manage candidate expectations on salary and job requirements including pre-closing candidate offers Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and other files to ensure information is accurate and up to date Respond to inquiries regarding benefits and corporate policies in a professional and timely manner Work cooperatively and collaboratively with various HR and business teams (Generalists, Business Partners, Comp, Benefits, Recruiters) through the hiring process Report on recruiting activities on a regular basisWhat success in this role looks like: Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates Provide hiring teams with the information and guidance they need to make effective hiring decisions This might be the job for you if you have: Minimum of 3+ years experience with full-life cycle recruiting experience Ideal experience in an in-house corporate recruiting environment and/or an agency environment Bachelors Degree preferred Experience recruiting for a variety of skill sets in a large professional services organization highly preferred (market research or consulting beneficial but not required) Strong exposure with LinkedIn Recruiter, strong pipeline strategy Ability to be a trusted adviser to your hiring managers and candidates Excellent communication and follow-up skills with exceptional attention to detail A passion and aptitude for working in a collaborative manner, while demonstrating clear expertise in attracting great talent A strong team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment Strong project management and process-orientation as well as a high tolerance for ambiguity Strong consultative skills and ability/willingness to constructively address and resolve challenges The ability to be resourceful, capable of interacting confidently with all levels in the organization Ability to navigate the Microsoft Suite of products If you dont meet 100% of the requirements, we encourage all who feel they might be a fit for the opportunity to apply. In accordance with Ontario & British Columbia law, the estimated base salary for this role is 80,000 to 90,000 CAD. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
