Job Title: Package Consultant SAP HANA Analytics (Data)Location: Ottawa, Canada (Hybrid)Employment Type: Contract Rate: CAD80-CAD90/hrClearance: Secret Clearance(mandatory)Job Description:Job SummaryThe Package Consultant SAP HANA Analytics (DATA) is responsible for leading and executing end to end data cutover and migration activities with a strong functional focus on SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and SAP Materials Management (MM).This role ensures that all required master data and transactional data are accurately prepared, migrated, validated, and reconciled to support successful SAP S/4HANA go live initiatives.The consultant collaborates closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, data migration teams, and technical specialists to manage data readiness, minimize cutover risk, and ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems to SAP.Key Responsibilities:Data Cutover Planning & ExecutionLead data cutover planning for EWM and MM, including defining scope, sequencing, dependencies, timelines, and overall readiness criteria.Develop and execute cutover strategies and rehearsal plans, ensuring alignment with overall program milestones.Coordinate and support go live cutover execution and provide post go live hypercare support for data related issues.Data Migration & ValidationCoordinate data extraction, cleansing, transformation, loading, and validation for:Material Master and related attributesInventory and stock balancesWarehouse structures and EWM specific objectsProcurement and MM transactional dataSupport and validate detailed data mappings, ensuring consistency and accuracy across legacy and SAP systems.Execute and manage mock loads, cutover rehearsals, and data migration test cycles.Perform data reconciliation and validation, ensuring completeness and accuracy prior to go live.Functional & Cross Team CollaborationWork closely with EWM and MM functional teams to ensure alignment between system configuration and migrated data.Identify, track, and resolve data issues, defects, and gaps, escalating risks as needed to ensure cutover success.Collaborate with technical and analytics teams to ensure SAP HANA reporting and data readiness post migration.Documentation & GovernanceMaintain comprehensive documentation related to:Data objects and migration scopeCutover plans and execution stepsValidation and reconciliation resultsSupport auditability and knowledge transfer through well structured data cutover documentation.Required Skills & ExperienceFunctional & Technical ExpertiseStrong functional knowledge of SAP EWM and SAP MM business processes.Solid understanding of data dependencies across materials, inventory, warehouse structures, and procurement.Hands on experience with SAP data migration tools, such as:SAP Migration CockpitLSMWETL or related data integration toolsExposure to SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA Analytics concepts is highly desirable.
