Enhance customer satisfaction as a Training Manager. Lead training initiatives for new employees while ensuring ongoing skills development in a hybrid working model. In this critical position, you will craft and implement training materials that streamline onboarding and adapt to evolving processes. With over 5 years of call center experience, you'll guide new hires through a structured nesting period and provide continuous development for existing team members. Your role extends to managing higher-tier case queues as necessary during training gaps. Key Responsibilities: Design onboarding and process training resources Supervise new hire nesting and performance training Conduct ongoing skills training for associates Assist with Tier 2 and 3 case management support Handle additional responsibilities as assigned Requirements: Relevant college diploma; teaching certification preferred At least 5 years in call centers with project management Bilingual in French/English is an advantage Proficient communication and training methodologies Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills Foster a culture of learning and development that ensures associates thrive in delivering outstanding customer relations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
