The Opportunity Under the general direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Planner plays a pivotal role in ensuring all assets are operated and maintained safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable legislation, while supporting Wolfs defining behaviors, and ensures the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities. This position is responsible for maintaining our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), creating comprehensive work packages, scheduling vendors, and collaborating closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure that all essential maintenance tasks are accurately captured within our CMMS. This is a full-time position based out of our Wolf Feedstock Separation (WFS) facility in Sturgeon County, with occasional travel to our WRF facility near Mariana Lake. Key Responsibilities CMMS Management: - Maintain and update the Computerized Maintenance Management System to ensure data accuracy and integrity - Monitor and optimize CMMS workflows and processes for efficient maintenance management Work Package Creation: - Create detailed work packages for maintenance activities, incorporating job scopes, materials, equipment, and safety requirements - Collaborate with engineers, operations, and technicians to develop comprehensive work plans - Coordinate and schedule external vendors and contractors for maintenance tasks and projects. - Ensure that vendors adhere to safety and quality standards in their work Collaboration with SMEs: - Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to identify and capture critical maintenance needs - Incorporate expert insights into maintenance planning, scheduling, and prioritization. - Participate in new construction projects which include design reviews, hazops, acceptance, commissioning and start up Data Analysis: - Analyze historical maintenance data to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement - Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions regarding maintenance strategies Qualifications and Experience Education: - A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, a trades certificate or equivalent work experience Experience: - A minimum of 5 years planning and scheduling experience in an industrial environment - Knowledge and experience of industry related safe work practices - Knowledge of gas plant operations and maintenance practices is a plus Skills: - Strong computer skills including experience in Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) - Must possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills - Must consistently strive for personal and operational improvement including the ability to upgrade required skills and competencies - Industry-related Safety training - Valid Class 5 Drivers License Rewards - Competitive compensation and bonus program - Comprehensive benefits and wellness support including parental leave top-up - Employer matched savings plan - Time away programs #J-18808-Ljbffr
